In a time of need

Tiffany didn't like the idea of leaving the cave without her master's permission. She knew she will be punished for that. But for Stephanie she was ready to receive some flogging or something of a sort, especially since she sounded so distraught on the phone. Oracle was still busy with figuring out what happened to the communications, all contact with the Bats was lost. Batman and Nightwing were disrupting a weapons deal in the industrial area, and it seemed someone was jamming all signals in the vicinity. The Girls didn't check in with OK, but Oracle had other problems on her head.

Tiffany could hear noises coming from her room as she entered her home, she opened the door to find a girl sobbing on the floor. "Hey, hey.. you are okey, I got you" she tried to soothe the sweet crying blonde. Noticing a bleeding wound in the blonde's side. "Hey, let me take a look." she stroked the blonde's hair as she examined the wound closer. luckily it was but a scratch, nothing a few stiches wouldn't solve.

"Come on, let's take care of you, you will be fine" The dark skinned girl said while caressing Stephanie, holding her tight as the girl continued to sob and weep unintelligibly.

After she stitched the girl up, they went to take a nice warm bubble bath, as Stephanie began to tell her what had happen. Tiffany knew that the master will be furious, it wasn't a small failure but a catastrophe, to have one of the girls in police custody, as one of the girls left her there.
