In a cave above the water

You slowly awaken, aching and sore everywhere, and with a pretty bad headache. Most of all you feel pressure and stretching in your inflated abdomen. As you try to stand up, you find the weight of your stuffed womb almost anchor you down. You don't feel it would be impossible to get up and walk, but for now you settle for sitting upright.

You feel cold stone under you, about the only thing you can sense about where you are as your eyes fail to adjust to the darkness. You see faint waving patterns to one side, and turning to look you see faint light shining in through water where the cavern you're in turns downward. The roughly circular window is about the only thing you can see around you. There's no way to tell how big or small the tunnel is without being able to see.

You think you hear a small gurgle from your stomach, reminding you of how full you are of some creature's eggs. You blame that for a lot of your current discomfort as you mull over what to do now.
