In Star Trek Picard era

After Voyager made it back to the Alpha Quadrant, Seven found it difficult to adjust and find a life after Voyager and was rejected by Starfleet for her Borg past. She does join the Fenris Rangers and later earns a field commission of Commander with recommendation by Admirals Picard and Janeway.
