After a while of struggling to think of such an idea, she suddenly remembered a controversy that swept through her state a couple years ago, where state legislature narrowly repealed a law outlawing public nudity and indecency after police in the state's largest city arrested hundreds of participants of a "Naked Bike Ride" that raised money for local charities. There was a big uproar amongst the citizens, for a variety of reasons. Some didn't totally approve of the nudity but saw the bike ride as a mostly harmless event that had a positive impact through its charity work. Others were worried that the negative press would see the event move elsewhere, harming the economy that thrived when thousands of out of state visitors spent their money at local businesses. And many just didn't see understand nudity was such a big deal in the first place. And so, all laws against nudity were repealed, though after all that controversy, she has still yet to see one naked person in her town, which opponents of the repeal promised would happen everywhere. Regardless, she found the perfect post. Everyone was going to love it.

Right away, she logged into all her social media accounts and posted something that would soon come back to haunt her.

"If Donald Trump wins, I'll give up my clothes for a year and become a nudist.", was her post.

Within minutes, her notifications spiked, with dozens of likes and comments across all platforms, just as she expected. Most comments were simply "haha" or the laughing emoji, but some took the status a bit more seriously, commenting things like "are you for real???". Jenny laughed and figured those people probably had higher expectations for Trump. Still, she decided to double down, and post a follow up.

"To those asking if my last status is serious, does it matter? There's literally no way he's going to win. But sure, if he does win, I'll 100% go through with it. Not that it'll happen anyway.", she commented

Jenny smiled at her "boldness". It's not like it'll actually happen, but such a claim sure catches one's attention. She cracked up when her dad replied to the latest post with "Don't think I won't hold you to your word :)". Her dad was a goofball, and she liked that they could joke around with each other.

For the next couple weeks, Jenny's family, friends and classmates would casually tease her about the bet, especially if Trump had a slight uptick in the polls. Lauren laughed it off, still standing by her prediction and her promise.
