I looked at my reflection in the big glass windows, overlooking the city at night. In just seven days, my life had turned upside down. My body and brain was transformed, and my confidence was through the roof.

And in the bedroom down the hall, the perfect ten, the woman I had lusted over for so long, was lying naked under the sheets.
