Aww how sweet of them!

I said I'd never think I wasn't better alone

Chapter 1037 by Exarch-of-Sechrima Exarch-of-Sechrima

“Come on, Morgana, I say just go with it!” Sylvia encouraged her roommate as the two of them headed down to go get breakfast. “Daddy would be fine with letting you indulge! …Probably. He doesn’t exactly strike me as the kind of guy who cares about being dominated, if that’s what you’re into, my girl. He’s certainly not the most proactive master himself, after all!”

Morgana’s face was scarlet and she shook her head. “No, it’s not… not about that! I told you, in my dream, I wasn’t dominating Nick, I was dominating someone else, with Nick watching! But… that means I would have to invite a third person into bed with us, and that’s just… …just to tie them up and dominate them!?” It was too much for her to process right now.

Sylvia shrugged, not seeing a problem with it. “I mean, you already basically had a three-way with Mary, right?” She pointed out. “Bringing another girl in isn’t a problem. Holly would definitely go for it, maybe even Mary herself. And who knows? Maybe you could open Daddy up to a whole new fetish, my girl! Isn’t that a good thing?”

Morgana made a sour face. Maybe it was, but all she could see were the potential downsides. And as someone who spent way too much time focusing on the downside of any given situation (something she was sadly well aware of, as much as she wished things were different) that put her in a tough position, to say the least.

Sylvia’s encouragement that everything would be okay wasn’t exactly helping, either. It reminded Morgana way too much of when she first came to the island and was utterly convinced that everything would go her way. She had given up believing in baseless optimism after that disaster, and now wanted more substantial evidence of potential success.

And Sylvia didn’t exactly have much of that to offer her.

“Maybe it could work with Gina or something,” Morgana mumbled.

“There! See? Gina would love that!” Sylvia nodded. “…I think. Maybe.”

Now that she thought about it, did Gina even like being submissive to other women, or just men, like Nick? Apparently, she and Dani had gotten up to some frisky stuff, but Sylvia wasn’t privy to those details.

“…Nah, for sure!” Sylvia dismissed her doubts with a quick wave of her hand. “This is Gina we’re talking about, if it’s for turning Daddy on, then she’ll be fine with it!”

Morgana’s hand hovered over the doorknob to the Banquet Hall. She looked hesitantly at Sylvia, unsure of whether or not she should trust the other girl’s instincts. Right now, she was leaning towards a strong “No” for obvious reasons.

She bit her lip.

“Sylvia… I just don’t think-”

“Believe me, Morgana, it’ll be fine! Now, let’s go get some breakfast, and you can bring up your dream with all the other girls!”

What little color there was in Morgana’s pasty complexion drained from her face. She yanked her hand back like the doorknob was burning. “What!? No, I-I couldn’t!” She screeched, shaking her head frantically. “There’s no way!”

The idea of talking about all that stuff around her friends?! Absolutely out of the question! She would bring it up one person at a time, if she thought they might be interested or might be able to offer her good advice!

Sylvia scoffed and rolled her eyes. “Whatever, I’m just trying to help, my girl,” she said, waving her hand dismissively. “Nothing I can do if you’re not interested in helping yourself,” she teased, poking Morgana in the cheek.

Morgana huffed at her. Already this roommate thing was starting to go to weird places and she wasn’t a fan at all!

“There’s more to it than just… my doubts about whether or not Nick will like it,” she mumbled, and dropped her hand to the side. The last thing she wanted right now was to go get breakfast- she wanted to solve her problem.

Sylvia bit the inside of her cheek. “What do you mean?” She asked quietly.

Morgana raised her tear-eyed head and looked quietly at her friend. “I just keep thinking… what if… what if this isn’t for Nick’s sake?” She asked. “What if this is something that Echo planted in my mind to sabotage me, or the show, or something else? I can’t trust her…”

Nothing Echo had done told Morgana that she deserved any benefit of any doubt. Even if her fashion sense was amazing, Morgana had too many experiences of manipulative and cruel women taking advantage of her good heart to take that risk.

“Come on, Morgana!” Sylvia couldn’t believe what she was hearing. “Don’t think about it like that! She’s the host! What sort of host would sabotage your performance with a false dream planted in your mind to force an outcome like that!?”

Morgana stared incredulously at the other girl.

Sylvia blinked. “…Oh, yeah, right. I forgot. Whelp. I guess you’ve got a point then… good luck?”

With a giggle she stepped past Morgana and headed into the Banquet Hall.

Flustered and not wanting to be left alone with her thoughts, Morgana hastily rushed after her, heart pounding in her chest. “Sylvia!” She wailed at her friend and roommate.

To Morgana’s relief, the Banquet Hall was actually pretty empty this morning. Apparently after the stress of the huge challenge and the ensuing reveal that Dakota had been replaced as the host by a corrupted Mary echo, everybody needed to catch up on their sleep.

In fact, only two people had beat them to breakfast, Dawn and Amelia. The two bespectacled ladies were eating breakfast calmly at the same table, barely acknowledging one another. It was a rather surreal sight.

“Good morning, my girls!” Sylvia walked over to join them without hesitation as Morgana watched on, chewing her lip.

That was the part of Sylvia that Morgana admired most. The way that she could just walk up and start up a conversation with someone in an attempt to make friends. Morgana could never do something like that. And even more brazen? She had been doing that kind of thing since she was a host, when everyone on the show despised her!

It was really impressive to have that much mental fortitude. I wish I could be like that, she thought, looking enviously at her roommate. I wish I could be like her.

Of course, even with her body-swapping spell, turning into Sylvia was impossible. She just wasn’t that cheerful and outgoing, not even when she was being cheerful and outgoing! Morgana was a poser, she knew, and even if she tried to be perky like the girls she idolized, it only served to emphasize more how poor of a fit she was for the job.

But still… Morgana still felt the need to try.

She opened her mouth, ready to say something, but then she caught herself.

Wait! No! I can’t approach this recklessly! She reminded herself. I almost forgot about my transformation! Oh gosh! It might even be working on me right now!

Morgana’s newest transformation was a bit of a source of anxiety for her, and with good reason. She had received a transformation that let her change aspects of herself to better suit who she wanted to be. While that sounded nice and all, those changes weren’t limited to the physical, but to mental transformations as well.

That was a massive risk for her. As her last date with Nick had showed her to be true, she had a lot of issues with her self-image. And those doubts would make it easier for her transformation to change her in ways she didn’t anticipate or want. Having come off of two back-to-back rounds in the Luxury Suite, Morgana had been looking forward to her mind being completely her own again, and not having to worry about errant thoughts altering her whole worldview.

So she did what she always did when she was worried, she overthought it. And then she checked her transformation just to make sure she had a firm grasp on the wording and what it entailed. Just in case.

  • Am I What You Always Wanted?: It’s hard for any woman to be a man’s perfect fantasy. Even with a transformation. But it’s very easy to become what you believe to be a man’s perfect fantasy! Morgana will be able to temporarily transform her body and mind to become someone right out of her fantasies! But she has a very active imagination… [NOTE: The results will be as tumultuous as Morgana’s esteem. The more intricate and complex the fantasy, the shorter it lasts.] (Fantasy)

A sigh of relief escaped Morgana’s lips and she closed the screen. Okay, that was a lot better than she’d feared. It didn’t just capture any intrusive thought, that would be crazy. It had to specifically be related to a man’s perfect fantasy. And just Morgana’s luck, the only man she really knew who wasn’t related to her was Nick!

So basically, she could alter herself to look and think like what she thought Nick’s perfect fantasy would be. Not too different from when she was under the influence of Mary’s milk, now that she thought about it…

Maybe… maybe she could work with this.

A small smile tugged at the corners of her lips.

That’s right… Nick doesn’t need me to be like Sylvia, or like anyone else. He doesn’t need me to look like anyone else, either. He likes me… just the way I am.

The way Nick had looked at her back one their date, when she was her old frumpy, scrawny self, it was like she’d barely changed in his eyes. He still adored her. What they had may not have been love yet, but Nick was attracted to her as a person and not just because she’d been turned into his goth fantasy. Maybe that meant Morgana was his fantasy just as herself.

“Huh!? Morgana! What the heck!?”

The voice of her friend shook Morgana from her delirium. She turned to see Dawn staring up at her from the table, mouth wide open.

“Eh?” Morgana didn’t know why her friend was giving her that look at first. “What-what’s wrong?” She asked hesitantly. “Did I do something? Is there something on my face?” Her hand shot up to her face, and she looked down.

What she saw made her freeze in place.

“EH!?”

Morgana had changed. Her body had shrunk substantially, specifically her breasts. She was almost flat again! And she could feel from the sudden looseness in the back of her dress that she’d also lost some of the mass from her booty, too.

“What’s going on!?” She screeched.

“Morgana, you look like your old self again, my girl!” Sylvia noted with wide eyes.

“Curious,” Amelia murmured. She adjusted her glasses and took another look at the young girl. “I believe you experienced a similar situation last round as well, did you not?”

“I-I did…” Morgana mumbled. “Back when… when I temporarily negated my transformations… but this is… this-!”

Morgana realized what had happened surprisingly quickly. “It must be my new transformation!” She blurted out. “I-I thought about my date last round with Nick, and how he didn’t treat me any differently when I was with him, even though I was in my old body… I must have been dwelling on it so strongly that my new transformation kicked in and thought I was imagining THIS body as his fantasy!”

“Are you serious?” Dawn raised her eyebrow. “That sounds like a really sensitive transformation.”

“I knoooooowww!” Morgana wailed. “Come on, why?! I don’t want to be stuck like this for another date! I mean, it’s great that Nick likes me this way, but- come on! It feels weird, to be this scrawny again!”

Plus, was it too much to want Nick to lust after her luscious curves? Whether they were the result of a transformation or not wasn’t important!

“It would seem that there is a simple solution, no?” Amelia turned back to her food. She didn’t have the energy to spend on Morgana’s worries. “You simply must use the transformation again.”

“Huh?” It took Morgana a second to process what the older woman was saying.

“Hey, yeah, that could work!” Sylvia bobbed her head up and down. “I mean, it said that the effect of the fantasy would wear off, but that doesn’t mean you can’t just replace it with a different fantasy before that happens, right?”

“Well, wait, that could be very reckless,” Dawn pointed out. Why did it always fall on her to keep people like Sylvia in line? “What if her fantasy ends up taking things in a weird direction? What if trying to stack them causes other problems? Transformations shouldn’t be experimented with so cavalierly, Sylvia, we need to think hard about this.”

Morgana trembled a little. She didn’t like how likely that actually sounded. “W-well…”

“Nah, no need to worry!” Sylvia waved her hand. “The goal of any transformation is to be sexy and appealing! Even if there are a few quirks to work out, that doesn’t mean it isn’t worth trying out, just to be sure!”

Morgana bit her lip. She glanced at Dawn. Her friend sounded reasonable, and was clearly only thinking about her wellbeing. And Morgana couldn’t blame her. She was quite worried herself, if she was being honest.

But at the same time… she couldn’t help but think that maybe Dawn was babying her. Just a little bit, but still!

This was Morgana’s transformation, after all- shouldn’t she be the one to decide whether or not it was safe for her to use?

Morgana looked over at her friend again. “Dawn, I… I think it’s worth a shot,” she said, flashing a look full of confidence and determination.

Dawn looked stunned. Her ears drooped and she nodded slowly. “Well… if you’re sure, Morgana, I guess… I guess I won’t try to argue…”

“Besides, if anything goes wrong, I’m here!” Sylvia raised her hand cheerfully. “I can just veto your transformation for the round!”

Having been burned on not using her veto until literally the last possible minute and losing out on a transformation because of it, Sylvia wanted to avoid that mistake happening again.

Morgana blanched. The idea of Sylvia with her transformation painted a very grim picture and she wasn’t sure if she wanted to experience that for herself.

“Err… no, I don’t think we should do that,” she said, shaking her head. Sylvia turning into what she thought “a man’s fantasy” would be scared her deeply.

Sylvia pouted in disappointment. “Well… okay, then,” she said with a shrug. “You do you, Morgana. Have fun!”

Morgana sighed. She was very likely NOT going to have fun. But she would try her best to make the transformation work.

“Okay… so all I need to do is think about my transformation, right?” She closed her eyes. If she just focused on her previous self and imagined that she was a man’s- or rather, Nick’s- perfect fantasy, then she should go back to normal, right?

So… I had big boobs… and a big butt. Both of those things are important! And, well, for personality, nothing has to change. I’m just my old self the way I used to be!

Morgana opened her eyes and looked down. She sighed in relief at what she saw. “Oh, thank goodness… I’m back to normal!”

It wasn’t that she didn’t like her old body, she just liked her new one a lot more.

Dawn frowned. “…Are you sure?” She asked, raising an eyebrow. Her memory was unquestionable. And while Morgana definitely looked a lot like how she used to be, Dawn couldn’t shake the feeling that there was a little bit off.

Morgana frowned. She took another look down at her breasts, then craned her head back to get a view of her ass.

“Well… my bra is a little tight… I guess?” She stammered. Her cheeks turned red at the mention of her underwear to the other girls.

Dawn sighed. “Just as I figured. It’s hard to get the measurements right, huh?”

Morgana realized what she was talking about. “Oh… so it’s not that I went back to normal, it’s that my idea of a perfect male fantasy for Nick… has my breasts a little bit bigger than what my transformation gave me, then?”

The implication made her flush. The transformation that gave her those big breasts was literally called “Big Titty Goth Girlfriend”. Apparently, her view of what a male fantasy would be for her old body was actually bigger than what the producers thought a big titty goth girlfriend would actually look like, and that, well…

…That was a little embarrassing, she had to admit.

“Well… it’s not that bad,” she mumbled, tugging at the modest collar of her dress. “Everything’s a little tighter, but I can handle that… really, I’m fine!”

The last thing she wanted was to mess things up even more trying to correct such a minor mistake. Morgana could see this whole thing getting WELL out of hand if she didn’t handle it carefully, and that was the last thing she wanted.

“Don’t worry, my girl, you look great!” Sylvia walked over and patted Morgana cheerfully on the back. “You’re doing fine! Okay?”

Morgana bit her lip and nodded hesitantly. “O-okay,” she murmured. Sylvia’s encouragement really meant a lot to her.

“Most people probably won’t notice the difference,” Dawn assured her friend. “I’m just particularly sensitive to stuff like this.”

Sylvia blinked and looked at her. “What, you mean other girls’ breast size?”

Dawn’s smile disappeared and she replaced it with a scornful look.

Morgana blushed a little and smiled. She appreciated the banter going on right now, she really did. It made her feel so much less nervous about all the big stuff she had to think about.

“Thank you, you guys,” she murmured, playing with a lock of her hair. “You’re all so… so sweet, really… I’m glad.”

Morgana’s dream that morning had given her a lot of worries. But those worries were starting to disappear thanks to the positive vibes she was getting from all her friends.

And really, wasn’t that the important thing? Morgana should be happy right now!

Sylvia laughed and patted her on the back again. “That’s the spirit!” She cheered. “Let’s really mold you into Nick’s ideal fantasy now, my girl!”

Morgana sighed. Of course, Sylvia would have to push things to that degree. It was just in her nature, after all…
