I explain the rules of the game. (Pink Trigger)

I call this game "The Gift of the Golden Witch." The rules of the game are, hopefully, not too complicated. At least, I think they're quite simple compared to the rules of your twisted witch games. Basically, the rules are this:

1. I will write the story how I please.

"Back up," EVA stopped me immediately. "What kind of story?"

An erotic one, obviously. It's kind of my whole thing. But don't worry! This one will be relatively tasteful. All of the characters will be acting of their own volition, generally speaking, there may not need to be graphic sex. I won't say it'll be tame, by any means, but I think you'll find it isn't that bad.

"Forgive me if I don't take your word for that... I guess I'm not in a position to be picky, though. Okay, what else?"

2. Eva will attempt to use her patronage to have a human acknowledge her as the witch, Beatrice, under the terms of my story.

3. The Predecessor will be prohibited from interfering in any way. However, if we fail to have the human acknowledge Eva, the Predecessor is acknowledged as Beatrice by default.

"Is there a time limit?" the Witch of the Portrait asked, sharpening her eyes.

Hmm... Just arbitrarily, let's say... midnight of the first day.

"Muu... I am still uncomfortable with these rules, Player. Forgive me for thinking you have some kind of trick up your sleeve... Let me propose the following change to the rules. Ahem:

'2. The Beatrice I choose to help will attempt to use her patronage and/or her furniture and/or her allies to have a human acknowledge her as the witch, Beatrice, under the terms of my story.

3. The other Beatrice will be prohibited from interfering in any way. However, if we fail to have the witch acknowledged by our chosen human, the opponent is acknowledged as Beatrice by default.'

Is this revision acceptable? I know it is unusual, but I would find it amusing to be the challenger for once, in this type of game. I cannot sit passively by while my fate and my title are on the line! With my fortune, I am well qualified to serve the same role you intended for EVA... but, I think it is a bit boring if we restrict the use of furniture. After all, even if you twist the rules, the free control of powerful furniture is one of the main indicators of a powerful witch, is it not?"

"Wait wait wait!!" EVA protested, stomping her foot. "Predecessor, why are you suddenly acting like this is about you?! I'M going to use MY ingenuity to prove I'M the Golden Witch! You just shut up and watch, or else, give up and die!!"

"Putting that aside... Player, what human did you have in mind for the one who must be **** to submit? It cannot be you, obviously... you will hardly be an impartial party, in that case."

Damn. I hadn't actually thought of that.

... I sighed a deep, deep sigh. Yeah... I suppose that's something we need to decide on. Uh... Who is the lucky bastard? It probably shouldn't be one of the husbands, or anyone so old that they'll have a heart attack during a sex scene... but maybe...?
