I Found My Landlady In A Compromising Situation

Haruto was walking along down the street, muttering to himself angrily. His stupid boss made him work later than usual and he had missed the bus back to his apartment. And on the day when his motorcycle had broken down, too. And that said nothing about the upcoming storm that he hoped to out race as he trekked the two miles back to his apartment. And if not, he was certainly going to get screeched at by his landlady for tracking water and mud through her building. He could practically hear her voice right now...

"Kakashi!"

Haruto stopped, raising an eyebrow in confusion as he looked around. That voice had not been in his head. It sounded like his landlady was quietly calling out to him with a harsh yet quiet hiss. However, he didn't see her anywhere.

"Kakashi! Over here!"

Haruto heard the voice again, scratching the back of his neck as he saw nothing. Had he imagined it? It had been a long day, much longer than it should've been, so perhaps -

"Up here, Dumbass!"

Haruto looked up and nearly fell backwards, his eyes bulging out of his head as he saw his landlady, Kiyoshi Mei, hanging from the top of a wall by her shirt, the young woman exposing her nearly naked body and white panties.

"... Don't you say a single word!" Mei spat.

"Ms. Kiyoshi?!" Haruto exclaimed, "Are you alright?! What happened?!"

"It's a long story." Mei muttered, letting out a gasp as she heard a small rip. "One so long that my shirt won't make it to the end."

"Do you want me to get you down?"

"No, actually. What I need you to do is to go grab me a burger from down the street and - YES I WANT YOU TO GET ME DOWN!" Mei hissed. "Get me down right now before someone else sees me like this!"

"... Will I have an extension on my rent if I do?"

"Are you freaking serious right now?!" Mei asked in disbelief as she stared down at Haruto. The landlady then let out a groan as she realized she, unfortunately, wasn't in a position to bargain. "Fine! I'll do you one better! Get me down and never breath a word of this to anyone, and you don't pay rent for a whole year starting first thing tomorrow morning! And that is my first and final offer! Now hurry before my shirt gives out!"

"Works for me." Haruto said with a shrug as he looked around for a way to help his landlady down.
