"So, I think I've figured something out," Isalia says suddenly.

"Hmm?" Yulia asks.

"So, it's clear the underwater sections and the surface areas coincide and clearly the Sahuagin palace and city are beneath the reef. I think I'm starting to figure out the general... well... Borders of the Sahuagin's controlled territory. It's clear that narrow stretch of land where we got ambushed by the Sirens isn't Sahuagin territory, but I think almost everything on this side is... The swimsuit shop, the beach maybe... the reef and probably below the bird's nest might be as well..." she suggests.

"Perhaps... That definitely seems to be the case. That does make it a bit strange though. I mean I could be wrong, but where I went to meet Aqua... the weapon seller... I'm pretty sure is below us right now. If we dive down here I'm pretty sure we'd find his shop,"

"Wait... So he's specifically in the Sahuagin territory... You're right that doesn't make much sense. You'd think he'd be somewhere more neutral," Isalia counters.

"Maybe you're wrong... Maybe the narrow stretch of land isn't the border area... or maybe the underwater sections coincide, but don't line up perfectly... I mean the reef is a pretty small area on the surface, but below the water, the Sahuagin city is pretty big. I think assuming the two sections are fully 1:1 in terms of geography is a fallacy... There might even be some weird tower magic or something involved. We should probably limit this train of thought to just which sections coincide and not think too much about how they actually connect to each other relatively," Cherchiel suggests and Isalia sighs and flops down onto her back.

"Ugh... Confusing Tower Bullshit..." she groans and Goma reaches out and pats her stomach comfortingly.

"Thanks..." she says appreciatively and then reaches out and pulls Goma on top of her, hugging her.

"Oh it's nothing... Just... Four friends, sitting on a beach watching the ocean together... I just get the strange feeling we should have beverages with us..." she says and Cherchiel chuckles.

"We have waterskins..." she suggests and Yulia nods.

"We should probably not waste our resources just to fulfill some strange whim," she decides and Cherchiel nods.

The water suddenly begins to churn and Cherchiel points to the water, "I think it's finally time," she says and stands up.

Yulia gets up as well and taps Goma who glances up and quickly gets off Isalia, both of them standing and readying their weapons.

Tentacles burst out from the water and Yulia swings her Rapier to the side, "ready?" she asks the others and they all nod.
