House Markab

The sword pointed to the pegasus symbol, glowing blue and showing which house you had been selected for. The students applauded, especially those from the Markab house.

"Mr. Morinehtar was selected by Markab!" The deputy director announced "that you can make a good path in your new house, my boy."

Under more applause from your new companions, you went to the table where they were. One boy stood out from the others coming towards you. He was tall, slender, with long golden hair, had elven features and was the only one there wearing a blue hat with a white feather (the colors of the Markab house).

"Welcome to our madhouse" he said kindly to you. "I am Killandas Aulathar, bard, better known among our colleagues by the name of Pegasus Hat. Yes, the feather in my hat belongs to one of them, my father has a creation of this creatures, so it was with great satisfaction that I was selected for the Markab house. It is a pleasure to have the number one novice among us, without a doubt."

You did not long doubt that Killandas was a bard, he was handsome and charismatic and had a melodious voice like the notes of a lyre. As he spoke, you did not realize that one more person had been selected for Markab. That person was Luhnasa.

"Warren!" She exclaimed coming towards you "can you believe it? We are in the same house!" She then gave you a cheerful hug.

"Allow me to introduce myself, beautiful maiden." Killandas stepped forward, taking Luhnasa hand and kissing it. "I am Killandas, bard and monitor of the Markab house, better known by the name of Pegasus Hat. Yes, the feather on my hat is a pegasus, I took it from one of my father's creation."

"Nice to meet you" Luhnasa replied smiling "damn, pegasus creation, really?"

"Of course! Even my personal pegasus is here at the academy, Gloria, a female. I could take you for a ride in the moonlight someday."

Luhnasa smiled as if he liked it and before she could answer Killandas, someone interrupted them.

"Hey, guys, I'm in the same house with you too!" exclaimed Arsen, your friend. It was nice to be with a friend and also your girlfriend, but for some reason you didn't like the way the monitor talked to her.
