I do some quick mental math. I can't get the 250 Gem quest without getting at least one of the other quests, or an achievement, I'd be 4 short. Its very tempting to go for that one as well. It lets me indulge in changes, and I get a nice kickback of gems on the tale end. Expensive changes are always the hardest to justify normally, so getting an excuse to go for it is a great option. A second factor enters as well. If I go for the 21 ejaculations goal, which I think I could do, then I'll likely level up, giving me change options. If I get more options then I might want to make the big purchases later.

If I'm making big purchases, or lots of purchases, the immediate obvious choice is Annabelle just for convenience, since I already have sex with her.
