Hold back and give Arya some time

Even though the ache between your legs is telling you otherwise, you know that it's for the best if you give Arya some time to adjust.

As she struggles to respond, you blurt out a quick, "I'll just give you some time, okay?", and exit the room, leaving your sister to her own devices.

After you slip back into the washroom for a brief, but very helpful, cold shower, you proceed with your day normally. Lunch is a little awkward, with neither you nor Arya making eye contact or talking, but Arya gives you a small nod as you leave the table, as if to say she's not angry at you or intentionally ignoring you.

The two of you act oddly the whole day, though Arya seems a little less 'off' every time you see her. Hopefully by the time the two of you decide to have a serious 'talk' again, she'll be able to face you normally.

Well after dinner, the two of you arrange to meet in her room again, though does your odd behavior all day alert your mother to anything?
