"So... you wanna live here?" His question was very brave, but he didn't want to be like one of these ultra dense protagonists from some harem anime he watched.

"Yes!" Both girls shouted exactly at the same time. While it wasn't entirely what he planned, it may be for better to do that.

"Guess I'll have to get you some furniture, huh... also, Kayleigh, what will your parents say about that?" The question was asked, but the girl herself was surprised by it, as if she didn't quite think it would be needed.

"Ah... well... lemme call him." With phone already taken out, she clicked on the screen a few times and put it to her ear. "Hey, dad... yeah... yes, I have been well, thanks. You?" The unskippable formalities were driving her crazy, for some reason, and she wasn't trying to hide that. "That's great. So, dad, I have a question... no, I won't be asking for money, no! So, you know, that boy I told you about... yes, Jesse, he has a free room and I'd like to move to his place... May I?" That question was followed by a brief moment of silence, until a long series of shouts came out of the phone, loud enough for Jesse and Kristi to hear. "Really? But is it really necessary? I mean, it's better that way... thanks, dad. Yeah, I'll do that right now. See ya soon."
