His Next Door Neighbor

In the past Sam had always made use of captured criminals to recharge his powers, but it had been a slow week. He mulled over his options and decided he had to do whatever it took to keep his powers. Hearing the sound of his neighbor, Maria Perez, arriving home in the next apartment over gave him an idea that both excited and terrified him. Throwing on a ski mask Sam headed next door and knocked. Maria answered quickly, still in her black suit and heels from work. Maria has light brown skin with a round pleasant face, long brown hair (currently in an updo), and thick lips. She's under five feet tall, chubby, but with a massive chest and ample ass. Seeing her immediately causes Sam to harden, much to his shame.

"Hel-" Her eyes go wide with fear as she sees the mask. Sam puts a big hand over her mouth and forces her in to her apartment before she can scream.

"I'm sorry about this." Sam says in an intentionally deep, growling, voice. "But it will go easier for you if you listen to me and stay quite. Understand."

Maria nods, a tear running down her cheek.
