Where does his mind go? (select tomorrow to progress)
His Discovery and Power
At twenty-five, after serving as a soldier for his nation, patrolling the border, he was chosen in a great festival as Aphrodite's chosen. There was a great deal of drinking and debauchery before and after the event, that the whole ordeal was rather foggy. But just like other Divine-chosen, he was obligated to serve his god and nation for the next 10 years, fighting monstrous threats and upholding his god's justice alongside devotee's of that god's order.
Other Chosen were much flashier. Hermes chosen could swap places with her party and gave her great skill with a harp and knife. Ares chosen was an absolute warrior, leading a whole legion of warriors against great beasts and heretic armies. But he had been given a power he couldn't directly use. Aphrodite's blessing. Each night, if he laid with a single partner, and at least one of them had an orgasm, his blessing would confer to them the next day, amplifying all their natural skills and abilities. But it also had a drawbacks.
His blessing greatly weakened their defense to magic, made them suggestable, and very vulnerable to further sexual excitement, though each woman is unique. Additional the blessing ends early and leaves them weak temporarily should they cum again (time in his bed does not count), ending otherwise at sunset.
Beyond his ability to bless, he was just a soldier, familiar with sword, spear, shield, and armor, and the basics of warfare. But even there he was of ordinary stock, not even the second best in the unit he served in (but no slouch). He also enjoyed the freedom from concern for impregnating the women he bedded unless they expressed explicit consent and desire as a boon all the devoted to Aphrodite enjoyed to encourage their lovemaking.
It was possible his powers may grow, but the gods reward deed, not mere service, and he had yet to prove himself.
Where else does his mind wonder?
