The Hyuga Princess and despite all the other choices that you can make for the start: Is she in love with Naruto or does Naruto even Exist?

As for some of those choices: Is she still in Konoha? Maybe Kumo succeeded in capturing when she was 3 or maybe her mother was grabbed or defected while she was pregnant? If so are you loyal to Kumo or are you planning to sabotage them after you get the hot women under your control?

Does she only have one sister? Hanabi is nice but there's other Hyuga options: Natsu Hyuga, Himawari, RTN Hinata, and some others, even if you create them yourself. Neji doesn't have to stay a boy either.

Is she straight, gay, or Bisexual? Just because she wants Naruto doesn't mean she can't get others for herself? Or maybe she'll tame the women for Naruto to enjoy or for both of them to enjoy? Of course, she could just turn Naruto into his Sexy Jutsu permanently and enjoy a blond bimbo of near limitless stamina. Or maybe you want to go the route of Hinata being a futa or dominatrix on a male Naruto and others?

Which brings the next point: Futa, controllable Futa (meaning she can have choose when she has a dick and when she just has a vagina), or just a pussy and tits?

She can get revenge on everyone and anyone that dared to harm Naruto or that didn't treat her right.
