The Hyuga Princess and despite all the other choices that you can make for the start: Is she in love with Naruto or does Naruto even Exist?

Does she only have one sister? Hanabi is nice but there's other Hyuga options: Natsu Hyuga, Himawari, RTN Hinata, and some others, even if you create them yourself. Neji doesn't have to stay a boy either.

Is she straight, gay, or Bisexual? Just because she wants Naruto doesn't mean she can't get others for herself? Or maybe she'll tame the women for Naruto to enjoy or for both of them to enjoy?
