Higher-Ranking Women - Noblesse Oblige - Dutiful

Higher-Ranking Women:

All women of higher rank than yourself are affected. This includes those with direct authority over you (e.g. your boss), elected officials, and even those who have informal social power over you (for instance, celebrities or people who are friends of your boss).

Noblesse Oblige:

These women feel a sense of noblesse oblige, a duty to help those of lower rank. Power comes with responsibility, after all. However, they would not feel any obligation to extend this courtesy to any of their other underlings, and you are under no obligation to extend it to any of yours.

Dutiful:

They are merely fulfilling an obligation. They feel that they are doing the moral thing and may expect gratitude for it, but it goes no further than that.
