Chapter 15

What should Leanne do?
Hide in the room with the horrible noise
Leanne decided hiding in the room was better than getting caught. Whatever was the cause of that noise hadn't come out yet and she hoped it would stay like that. She only had to stay in there for a minute or so until the person coming down the stairs passed by. Then she was safe to get the hell out of that basement.
With her heart pounding madly she sped into the open doorway and crouched down just inside. She heard the footsteps coming down the stairs, while the cries so close behind her made her flinch each time they sounded. There were at least two people and she could hear them talking. At first she couldn't make out what they were saying but as they moved closer the conversation gradually became clearer.
Were they talking about her? It sounded like it to Leanne but why? It could have been her imagination. Her head was all over the place and in her current state she wasn't sure of anything. They stopped outside the doorway where she was hiding as they chatted. Leanne held her breath and tried to make herself as small as possible, barely moving a muscle. She heard a couple of names; Sid and that bitch Nurse Rachel. Nothing else they said made much sense though.
She waited until they were gone and their voices disappeared, breathing a sigh of relief as she rested her head back against the wall. She crept forward on her hands and knees and peered out into the corridor. There was no sign of anybody. She was left alone with the thing still howling behind her.
Leanne looked back into the room where she'd been hiding. She hadn't taken notice of it before because she was too preoccupied with hiding from whoever was coming down the stairs. But now she saw it and immediately wished she hadn't.
Further into the room there were thick steel bars barricading the end. Beyond that was the thing causing the majority of the fear Leanne was currently experiencing. It was too dark to see properly but she could make out a petrifying silhouette. Even sat on the ground she guessed it was well over two metres. It had incredibly wide, powerful looking shoulders and an oversized head. She was unable to see any distinguishing features in the gloom but from this perspective that was probably a good thing.
She realised the metallic scraping sound was coming from thick chains holding it to the wall. It looked strong enough to break the bars locking it in and those chains were probably to reinforce its imprisonment.
"What kind of sick, fucked up things are they doing down here?" she whispered to herself.
The more she found out about the goings on inside Rosefield Manor the less she liked. She didn't know if this thing was the result of experimentation, **** or just something else they'd cooked up down there. She stood staring at the dark shape for a moment or two, becoming entranced by the mystery of it. But she was wasting time. If she wanted to get out of the basement now was the time to go.
Should Leanne stay or go?
Leanne and the creepy old home: Halloween Special
Leanne helps out at the local old folks home and gets more than she expected. 38 endings (so far)
Leanne is in her early twenties with light brown hair down to just below her shoulders. She's around 5'5" and has a very nice trim figure with pretty big boobs for her frame. Leanne always did enjoy spending time with old people (see what happened in her other stories when she went for a swim and caught up with some old friends), and with Christmas just a couple of months way she wanted to increase her karma. So she decided to pay a local visit to the old folks home. Who knows, maybe she'd make some new friends while she was there too!
