Hesitantly

Tzipporah looked at him but was hesitant to believe him. A part of her was unsure if she should trust him and everything he said and another part of her wanted to believe him since he did not make a move on her. She mumbled something which made Moses look at her but then inverted his eyes away from her naked form which made her remember that she still naked.

She somewhat was able to cover her breasts while her legs were covering her vulva. She mumbled the same thing again but Moses was hesitant to look at her. He unwillingly looked at her but then looked at the blanket underneath them.
