When Gor woke up, he could see Bella's belly growing. He was impressed. "Wow! Wait, how long was I out?"

Bella was on her side petting her growing belly. "Only an hour or so. I was hoping you would wake up to watch your first batch of babies being born."

Gor then led Bella to a different area in the cave that was fitted with hay beds and cribs.

"Nice setup," Bella said as she sat down on one of the beds. "Good place to raise the little ones. Now let's bring them into the world."

She then used her magic to make the babies grow to term. Then her water broke and she began to give birth. Gor went up to catch the babies as they popped out of her.

After a few minutes, Bella popped out a dozen baby goblins and had just as many orgasms. They were disappointed that there were no females in there but they knew they can try again. Time to breed again.
