Her Train of Thought is Interrupted

Before Gwen could even start processing her opponent's unknown advantage, her Spider-Sense warned her of danger. The Spider-Woman rolled to her right as Jolyne raced by her, having used 「STONE FREE」to launch herself once more. "Shit!" Jolyne shouted as she flew by, heading straight up after launching herself with enough **** to clear the building. Jolyne reached the top of the building and went above it a little before using one of 「STONE FREE」's arms to catch herself on the building parapets. With the sudden loss of momentum, Jolyne fell onto the roof of the building with a groan of pain. The stand user held her side and winced in pain; her entire body was in bad shape from this battle, her legs especially. Slowly, Jolyne made her way to the building's edge and took a peek over it to see if her opponent was still there.

Despite having made it to the building's edge slowly, Jolyne moved back from it quite fast upon spotting her opponent running up the side at full speed with a haymaker prepared just for her. Jolyne barely managed to move herself out of the way as Spider-Gwen reached the top, her fist almost touching the tip of Jolyne's nose. Now on top of the parapet, Gwen threw out a kick, though it failed to connect due to Jolyne summoning「STONE FREE」to block it. Upon feeling both her foot connect with an invisible wall and her Spider-Sense going off, Gwen quickly retracted her leg before the stand could grab it. Standing in a crouched position upon the parapets, Gwen awaited Jolyne's next action.

Jolyne clicked her teeth before commanding her to stand to perform a sweeping kick at the superhero. "ORA!" 「STONE FREE」roared out as it brought its leg back before swinging it forward at a speed most people would fail to register, though Gwen wasn't most people, leaping up and flipping through the air, leaving the stand's leg to collide with the section of parapet she had been standing on, obliterating it. Gwen spun through the air five times, and with each rotation, she fired a web at Jolyne.

Having sent 「STONE FREE」a short distance away from her, Jolyne was required to recall her stand back to her in order to block the incoming attack. The stand was able to reach its user, but only with enough time to deflect two webs. Two of the webs landed on Jolyne's hands, its longs threads connecting with long ground, leaving Jolyne's hands stuck to her side. The third web lead back to Gwen and was connected to the Joestar's pants. "「STONE FREE」!" Jolyne shouted in desperation, her eye widening at the sight of the web attached to her pants, knowing what'll happen if it isn't destroyed.

The Stand brought its fist down toward the web, shouting its signature battle cry as it did so, though it was all for naught as Gwen had performed her action before Gwen had commanded her stand. Just before 「STONE FREE」's fist touched the web-line, Gwen had already pulled back on it, ripping Jolyne's pants straight off of her, leaving her grey panties exposed. Jolyne's pants flew right into the Spider-Woman's hands, who seemed pleased with her actions. "Oh, were these yours?" Gwen teased.

Jolyne gritted her teeth; now she was really pissed off. She could suppose that it was some form of karma from earlier, though that wouldn't make her any less pissed. "Alright, now it's on, bitch!" Jolyne called out to her opponent, who dropped the ripped garment onto the ground before leaping onto the building. Ghost-Spider fired a web toward a nearby building in order to swing herself a good distance away from her foe. Gwen knew those bindings weren't going to hold Jolyne forever, but they weren't meant to. Gwen wasn't running; she was just performing a strategic retreat. She just needed a few minutes to rethink her strategy and figure out a couple of unknowns.
