Her Pokemon fall, but she doesn't yet

All of Eri's Pokemon fell, but she remained standing.

"What is this Pokemon?" she asked, gritting her teeth. "It's crazy strong! Could it be one of these Mega Evolutions Kalos is known for?"

Malamar's tentacles kept swirling, and though Eri wanted to leave, she couldn't help but feel drawn to them.

"Urgh," she grunted. "I dunno what this thing is doing, so how can I predict it's moves..."

But even as she tried to scramble for a strategy, her eyes didn't leave the tentacles, nor their pretty lights.
