Her Apartment

Kate dashed down the alleyway, trying her best to lose the paparazzi. Up ahead, she saw the fence that blocked off her apartment, and quickly thought up a scheme. Getting a running start, she jumped forward, grabbing onto the top of the fence and pulling herself over.

Landing in the snow, she took a moment to lay down, having a small shred of privacy in what constituted her backyard. The cold, wet snow on her bare backside was enough to rush her, though, and she was just as soon back up.

She shivered as she stood outside her door, attempting to open it, but no luck. She was locked out. Cursing, she looked up at her window. She could attempt to break in, but it was quite high up, and she didn't like the idea of glass shards on her naked body. Pounding on the door for five minutes straight yielded no results, and Kate accepted her fate.

She paced the small area behind her apartment, trying to formulate a plan. Her base with Clint was the ideal place to be, but the trip there would be long, and leave her more exposed than she wished. On the other hand, her family mansion was just around the corner, but that would mean her mother seeing her come home naked. She groaned, slamming her head against the door, as if it would help her think faster.
