Does Kumiko get away? Does something stop her from doing so?

Help from Kitty the Quokka

Kumiko screamed as she grabbed the sides of her cape and wrapped her naked body in it. Coming from the blue sky came Kitty the Quokka, shocked from the sight of the undressed heroine. "What are you doing, Magical Girl Kumiko? Why are you naked?!"

"Why?" She yelled indignant. "YOU were the one who suggested I should fight crime in my undies!"

"Yeah, your undies. Not in the buff, you floozy!"

"I'm not a floozy, you stupid furball! Now get me my undies, NOW!" She grabbed the quokka, and hurled the creature into the tree. It hit one of the bra cups, and it stretched out to the point that the brassiere snapped in half. Angrily mumbling to itself, Kitty flew to the panties and tried to pull it free from the branch. Not noticing the sharp branch, the quokka accidentally cut the side of the underwear and tore it in half, waving in the air like a flag.

Irritated, Kumiko groaned in defeat and ran as fast as she could with her legs wrapped against one another. She fled into a clothing store. Maybe they'll let borrow her something. She was the hero that saved the city once again, so it might buy her this small favor?
