That active was a bit hard to parse, but it’s simpler than it seemed at first glance. Basically you can’t activate this if Hannah can’t send you a picture. The prioritization seems to avoid her being able to stall and then break ties based on what she likes about voyeurism, you assume.

The passive, while less wordy, is frustratingly vague. What counts as titillating? How many of these esoteric titillation units is enough to trigger this ability? Can she get bored? The only way you’ll be able to answer these questions is through experimentation. There’s no wiki for strange magical sex objects unfortunately.
