Hell hath no fury

Shocked at Heather's verbal explosion, Zack just stands there as Heather storms out of their room.

In hindsight, Zack will wish he had waited until Heather was sober to have that conversation.

Once she reaches Kurt she knees him in the groin. As he slumps down defenseless in pain, she starts hitting him. Not girly little slaps, no, she rains down her fists putting her entire weight behind each blow.

"Hey!" Brandon exclaims as he rushes over before he witnesses his friend **** her cousin and pulls her off of him.

Fortunately for Kurt, Brandon's muscles have muscles, because at five foot seven Heather is no wee little thing.

Unfortunately for Kurt, Brandon underestimated Heather's determination to hurt Kurt. Once her feet leave the ground, she swings her shapely athletic legs straight into Kurt's chest with as much **** as she can muster.

Between sobs, Heather screams out "Get out! Get out! Get out! If I ever see you again I'll kill you!"

On the floor, his balls screaming in agony, each ragged breath brings more pain, Kurt hears her sobbing, the venom and rage in her screams, and he fears he lost her forever.

"Shit! Guys, I think he needs medical attention. Zack, get him to the ranger station, buddy," Brandon says, being close enough to see the beating Kurt got.

"No."

The eyes of the group turn to Zack in surprise. Heather's berserk rage was uncharacteristic, true, but she has always been hotblooded.

But Zack? Zack is a people pleaser, a nice guy to a fault. The refusal itself was a surprise, the icy contempt in his voice was as surprising as growing a second head.

Victoria just gaped at the scene. Her friends kept harping about her taste in guys since the big breakup, but she couldn't imagine what Kurt had done to deserve this.

She glances at Gavin and thinks to herself that he is a good man, she needs to make this work, they both deserve nothing less.

"Fine, I'll take him to the ranger station, you take Heather," Brandon says as he hands Heather to Zack.

"Let go of me!" she exclaims, and with that, Heather runs to her room and slams the door behind her.

Zack wishes he could pretend he can't hear Heather crying through the door.
