Oh, hell yeah! This straight out of a video game. I need to be careful though, I don't have any spare lives. I think to myself and chuckle softly. I look around for anything useful. Having to deal 5000 damage is going to be tough. I see a pillar of stone and get an idea. I slowly walk over to it and examine it. I see it's actually six large stones someone, or something, stacked on top of each other. I look around it and give it a push. I feel it slightly shake and stop. I turn back to the sleeping Wyvern and check my remaining mana. Good I still have 539 left. I take my Domain Crystal out and clip it to my belt, using some metal wiring, I made with Craft, to hold it in place before I cast Ancient Beast Slash and send it through the air.

The Wyvern wakes up after getting hit and roars loudly. I do the math quickly, 2036 health remains. The Wyvern looks at me with rage in its eyes. I figure it knows I was the one who dared to attack it. It charges at me and I ready my blade to attack. It tilts its head and opens its mouth to eat me. I wait until the last minute and Blink above it. I Blink again to get behind it and turn around. I see it crash into the rocks and get buried underneath.

I smile and cast Dark Spear, mostly just wanting to use it. Unlike Flare and Thunder I have to throw it myself instead of thinking of throwing them. I toss it at the Wyvern.

I see the Wyvern struggle to break free and Multicast six more Dark Spears, with the two extra appearing in the air next to me and following the first.

The Wyvern roars again and takes off to the sky. I see it fly high in the sky and turn back around. It flies at me and I sense mana being gathered like I did with the Salamanders. I quickly take cover, barely getting hit by its fire breath attack.

FUCK! I just got my shoulder hit for a second and lost that much! If I get hit head on I'm gonna be burnt toast. I take a look to the sky and see it coming in for another breath attack. This time however, I can't take cover. I Blink and barely get far enough to dodge it. It keeps doing these strafing run breath attacks and I keep having to Blink to dodge. I try to use Thunder but the Wyverns wings destroy them in mid air before they can connect. I'm about to retreat to my Domain when I get an idea.

"Fuck. This is a stupid plan." I say aloud as the Wyvern comes in for another attack. I Blink again but instead of dodging to the side I go straight up. I Blink again and land on the Wyverns back. It roars when my feet land on it. I run along its back and stab my blade into its head just as the beast tries to shake me off.

I fall on my ass and start laughing. After a few minutes I open my inventory and Observe the drops I got.

Salamanders Claws(21) Lvl 10, Common

These blue claws have been taken from a Salamander. They are sharp and best used in making flame weapons. This is because they carry the fire magic from the Salamander.

Salamanders Scales(12) Lvl 15 Rare

The red scales of a Salamander. These scales are best used for making armor. This is because they are tough and durable and have great fire resistance.

Phoenix Wyverns Blood Lvl 30, Epic

The blood of a Phoenix Fire Wyvern. The blood contains the power of the Wyvern. Drinking this will allow you to claim some of its power. Drinking will also allow you the ability to Imprint on the Phoenix Fire Wyverns egg.

EGG!? What egg? I quickly store the materials in my bag and check what the Wyvern dropped. I see a big fiery red egg. It's almost as tall as my shoulders and what I thought was a normal egg shell is scales. I Observe it excitedly.

Phoenix Fire Wyvern Egg, Legendary

This egg contains the soul and remains of the Phoenix Fire Wyvern. Like the name suggests, when a Phoenix Wyvern dies they return to an egg form to be rebirthed. If the egg hatches naturally no changes will occur. The Wyvern within will go back to being wild. If someone Imprints on the egg before hatching then the Wyvern will recognize them as their master after rebirthing. The Wyvern will hatch at the same age they were when they died, Current Age: 18. This egg can be hatched in a magic flame, hot enough to melt steel or naturally in one year. The baby will imprint on whoever pours some of their blood onto the egg. Depending on who Imprints them, the Wyvern will undergo a change, becoming stronger, weaker or, on rare occasions, evolving.

I can't help but smile, exited to hatch it but also feel disappointed that I don't have any magic fire that can melt steel. I open my notifications and read them.

I look at my stats and do something that I might regret. I dump 15 skill points in Wisdom to get it to 100. I want to read the Draconic Spellbook. I read the book and decide to drink the Wyverns blood. I open and read my new notifications.

This skill gives you the power of a dragon. Dragons are both powerful and wise giving you a permanent +10 STR, +10 INT and +50 max HP and MP

New Skill: Draconic Rage Lvl 1, Passive

Draconic Rage allows you to turn your rage and anger into power. Doing so will provide you greater strength and magic but converting too much will cause you to lose control and go on a rampage. When activated it will choose a level depending on the amount of rage or anger, going from 1-10.

New Skill: Elemental Breath Lvl 1

Elemental Breath allows you to use the same breath attack as dragons. You can infuse it with any Element you can use (fire, air, water, earth, etc...). Damage delt is determined by your Intelligence (INT ×2). MP Cost: 75

New Skill: Draconic Ice Lvl 1

Draconic Ice is the spell that you are given. Every Draconic mage gets a random Elemental attack. Draconic Ice lets you create a powerful and insanely cold ice from your fingertips. The damage delt is equal to your Intelligence but it can slow or even trap your foes. MP Cost: 50
