A blur of colours flashed across the screen as a handheld camera was switched on and the user took a few seconds to stabilise it.

Once the footage was clear, it showed the inside of a women's locker room.

The England netball team were celebrating their latest win, all in various states of dress; some where still in their netball dresses, others changed back into their regular clothes; some were lounging round in underwear, others wrapped in a towel.

As it was April 1st, the camera was passed around, and the girls chatted about the best pranks they'd pulled, or the worst ones that had been sprung on them. It eas all part of a drive for the general public to connect more with women's sports stars away from the pitch, court or stadium...and ENF TV were more than willing to play their part. But the girls ultimately had control of the camera, and made sure not to expose any of their teammates; they steered well clear of the showers, and allowed their friends to get dressed out of shot.

The locker room door banged open, and Helen Housby walked in, having been waylaid by media duties.

She grinned as a cheer went up. While all of the team stared in half-naked photo shoots, as the most attractive player, Helen was the one whose sex appeal was exploited most. She had posed in just a thong with her back to the camera; holding up an England flag while being nude behind it; and reclining naked on the court with only balls hiding her chest and crotch.

In fact, they were the only parts of her body that hadn't been exposed to the camera. While she was confident with showing the rest of her bare skin, those parts were reserved for her boyfriend!

Waving playfully at the camera, Helen stripped down to her underwear. The camera lingered on her toned stomach, noted her powerful limbs and bare feet, and as she reached up to untie her blonde hair, hovered on her chest.

The camera was pointed at her feet as first her bra was dropped to the floor, and then her shorts. Helen's bare feet slapped against the tiles as she padded towards the showers, and moments later, the sound of running water started up.

Her teammates sprung into action. They scooped up her discarded netball outfit, stuffing it into her kitbag with her normal clothes. The blonde girl's towel was stealthily removed from its hook, and a final sweep of the room confirmed that there was nothing Helen could use to cover with.

As a final touch, the girls placed her phone, and a pair of Bluetooth ear buds, on the bench.

"What? You didn't expect us to not prank someone on April Fools Day, did you?" one of the girls winked at the camera as they left the locker room, Helen's bag over her shoulder.
