Monica laughed, "Well, it looks like we will be getting our steps in, dear."

As they left the building, Nicay pointed to her partner some distance away. "We can carry you if you prefer," she said.

Mitch shook his head, "No, I think we can do this," he told their guide.

Curiously, Nicay made a motion with her hand. "What was that?" Monica asked as they headed in the direction of Welling.

"I am sorry, we, my kind, have a way of making a gesture with our hands when we think someone is trying to prove themselves," Nicay explained.

Mitch cleared his throat, "So, well," he paused.

Monica laughed, "Mitch is wondering what happens if we prove ourselves?"

Nicay looked at Mitch first, then Monica, "If a giant feels you have proved yourself, they will give a token," she said, touching the pendant that hung between her ponderous breasts. "And if you prove yourself," she smiled, a very human smile. "We should hurry."

As Nicay started walking downhill in the same direction Welling had left, Monica smiled and slapped Mitch on the arse. "I think you have an in," she said.
