Who are you stealing from?
Head to a local tavern
You think if you're going to steal money it should be in a busy tavern then these empty streets. You signal to your kobold to follow as you head down to the nearest tavern. As your walking you explain the plan to your companion.
Once inside you find a seat with a good view of the taverns occupants. As you scan for your victim you notice that the tavern is kinda empty. The only people here are the unemployed and miserable, and neither usually have coin. As you wait a barmaid makes her rounds to you asking if you want anything.
