Head in the smooth stone direction.

You head in the direction that seems to be more crafted than cave. you head through a straight hallway, spotting another orc walking the other way. you're approaching another hallway to your right when the orc stops. You slip into the other hallway quickly, seeing the orc start to turn around as you duck out of sight. You don't see anything inside this hall, aside from openings to other areas.

You hear the orc's footsteps drawing closer, but at a slow pace. It seems to not have noticed you, continuing to patrol the hallway. Still, it's headed your way. It may look down this hallway as it passes. It could also pass by, leaving you a chance to dart past it and continue down the other hall. Still, there's a whole other passage to run down, and going that way is probably safer short-term.
