Debbi couldn't believe she was about to address her team in this state of dress! All of the confidence instilled in her by her sessions with Randy had evaporated with the prospect of leading her team in such an exposed state. To this point they had only ever seen her looking the utmost of professionalism in her expensive business suits, how could she be expected to face them without them, let alone lead todays event? This was all Diane's fault. She had gone over Debbi's head to Jeff & Randy, making this big fuss about the dangers of chronic sitting & stagnation and the importance of team building, improving employee morale and creating a culture that prioritizes wellness and self-care. What a load of crap thought Debbi. Yet here she sat in the tank top & yoga pants that made up her gym kit, trying to work up the nerve to leave the comforts of her office.

"About ready Deb?" Diane knocking on Debbi's door "Everyone is waiting in the conference room.". When Debbi finally emerged and began the dreaded walk to the conference room, Diane couldn't help but notice the in only the sweat band she wore on her forehead & a pair of lace-up trainers, Debbi somehow looked _more _naked then if they had been absent! Her little one-on-one with Randy was really paying off after today no part of Debbi would be left to the imagination!
