He lies

Jake thought that, as long as he said something believable, it was impossible that Jade knew if he was lying so he said:

“It was 4.5” soft and 6.5” hard” – he lied

Jade checked the computer and, then, she said:

“I told you I would help you if you said the truth. Tim had a cocktracker app in his mobile so he recorded your stats which were exactly 5.4332 inches hard and 3.5769 inches flaccid” – Informed Jade – “I do not like liars, please leave”.

“I am so sorry. Please restore me to my original size” – implored Jake.

“No. I asked you to tell the truth and you lied. In fact, I should decrease it more” – said Jade

Jake was starting to leave, so he could maintain at least his current member, but Jade said: “Unless, you want to play a little game with me” – she suggested. “I will give you the chance to recover your old size and maybe even more but you also may end up with less than you currently have. Do you accept?”.
