He Wakes Up: With The General

As the morning sun fills the room, Prince Valn begins to stir and frowns in his half-awakened state. The earthy smell from before is back and he feels a breeze over his shoulders. Shooting up with wide eyes the Prince takes in his surroundings. He's in his room, covered in a thin blanket with his undergarment pants on, but his shirt seems to have been left at the foot of the bed. The General is in a chair by the door asleep having what appears to be a nightmare. He sniffs the air and is reassured by the lack of semen he smells as it means that he wasn't taken advantage of during his heat. Calmed down and determined to find out what happened he removes his blanket and stands from the bed. Going over to the General he reaches out tentatively and places a hand on his arm.

"Vunfor?" He jerks backwards as the General startles awake and looks around. "Hello."

"Valn, I mean, Your Highness! Forgive me for the intrusion. I was just leaving." He tries to stand and is pushed back by the Prince.

"You were just sleeping, and you're quite fine at the moment. I just wanted to know what happened after you saved me from Helrith."

"...Yes, I suppose you would have questions," clearing his throat the General looked around the room before he caught the Prince's impatient look. "My apologies. After Trix took you away from the garden your mother had the Priestess of Fire see to you. Your sister assured me that you had not entered a full heat and said she had given you suppressants that would help fend off what remained of it, but you were having nightmares. She said my presence might help as I had been the one to save you."

"Thank you, no need to feel ashamed or worried. I knew you had not taken advantage of me before I came over here. I would still like to invite you to breakfast this morning in order to show you my gratitude for being saved. After which we can discuss what to do about Helrith."

"As you wish, Your Highness. I will always be glad to be of service."
