He'd arranged a buyer for the house.
"Good news, Lisa, I have a client." He could see Lisa was devastated, thinking she wouldn't be able to find a client.
"Great," she smiled brightly. "Who is it? When will they sign the contract?"
"It's a certain football player, but there's a slight problem. I want you to sign the contract in your 'outfit,' which you'll be posing in for the photo." He smiled, though he wasn't exactly eager to share Lisa's display, but his old friend had made it a condition: he wanted to see it in full, since it was so important to him. "And here's a signature stating that you agree to his terms and that our little venture is legally protected."
Lisa was so happy that she threw her arms around your neck, then, a little embarrassed, signed the contract without looking at it and ran off.
"Tonight, around 8:00 PM, in front of that apartment," you shouted after her.
