Halfling

Halflings are related to humans and therefore have very similar anatomy. A subspecies known as hobbits grow leathery, thick soles on their feet and hair on the top of them. These are adapted for walking barefoot.

A halfling’s digestive system is adapted to handling relatively small meals but more frequent occasions than other humanoids. Culturally, this had led to a tradition to 7 meals in a day.
