HR Policy
Policy 1: The owner of the company is the main authority of the company.
Policy 2: Authority can initiate investigation at any time in any frequency, to check whether the employees are following HR rules and regulation or not.
Policy 3: The Authority cannot re-define any pre-existing word meaning in the dictionary. But among many definitions of any word, Authority can choose only one meaning to be applicable for selective employee. All other meaning of the said word will not be applicable for said employee.
Policy 4: If only one meaning of a word is chosen, authority must add at least one clause with any selected word meaning, only for the benefit of the employee. And the employee has to agree with the said clause.
