H.E.R.B.I.E. has synthesized the active component - Malice is here to stay

The Invisible Woman's uniforms were already skin-hugging. All it took was a few alterations to show a bit more actual skin. Malice admired the bodysuit whose plunging neckline now ran all the way down to her crotch. It was a daring look for Susan Storm—which is exactly what Malice was going for.

Malice stood in front of the mirror and admired her handiwork. She ran her gloved hands down her toned body. Lips peeled back in a sneer. Her other self had been a goody two-shoes for too long. With a body like this, she could have any man—or woman—she desired. Could utterly ruin Sue Storm's reputation. And she would.

In time.

For now, Malice had stepped into the shoes of Sue's old life. She could leverage the Invisible Woman's status and connections to build her own power base. Reed's technology, S.H.I.E.L.D.'s intelligence, the money and influence that both could buy. Malice could be the invisible puppetmaster that pulled the strings, utterly unseen as she built her own criminal empire—and indulge in all of the sins that her heroic alter ego had never allowed. The blonde zeroed in on that last part. While Malice had come to herself in Susan Storm's personality due to the manipulation of the Psycho-Man and Hatemonger, and some version of her had been psychically expunged from the Invisible Woman's psyche, she was well aware of a secret that very few were: that Sue Storm suffered from schizophrenia ever since her exposure to cosmic rays, and regularly used anti-psychotic medication to suppress the symptoms of her aberrant neurology. Those antagonists must have negated the effects of the medication, allowing Malice to resume herself.

"These antagonist compounds," Malice said. "Can they be synthesized?"

"Affirmative," H.E.R.B.I.E. said.

The scantily-clad blonde slinked into Sue Storm's bathroom. She took out the bottle of prescription pills that had kept Malice bottled up, deep in Sue Storm's brain. With a grim smile of satisfaction, she dumped most of the pills into the toilet, and handed the near-empty bottle to H.E.R.B.I.E.

"Synthesize the compounds. I want them shaped to exactly resemble the pills in this bottle. Do you understand?" Malice asked.

"Affirmative," H.E.R.B.I.E. acknowledged. The little robot took the almost empty bottle and vanished in the direction of the lab.

Malice threw back her head in a moment of triumph. It was as though a weight had been lifted off her shoulders. She was going to continue to exist. She was free. No husband, no family, no kids. The Baxter Building all to herself. Sure, she had an extradimensional pig-man sending her cum-laced chocolates, and a wounded leg, but still—

"I can do anything," Malice said to herself. "So what am I going to do?"
