Or clean it up to streamline it, either way: I want to see you struggle with two hundred and one ways on the regular that include random animals with DD's and huge lips with random household items jumping in. Car accidents are now robo-women orgies that include the road.

ActuallyWrites4ALiving: In all seriousness Grape. The best way to do such a story is to give your main character a fetish or focus of some kind. Ninjas, maids, furries, nurses, bikini babes... doesn't matter what it is. Have your character focus in on his obsession and change the world revolving around that idea, have them think it through and put a lot of work in and you can turn a silly little porn post into a full on setting. Hell if you want it to be really spicy, then have your main character obsess over another character and they change the world to get them together. Or change everyone else into that character so be default they HAVE to be with your character. There's a lot of potential in a one shot reality warp and all it's unintended consequences.

ActuallyWrites4ALiving: Yes, a staple of reality warp or wish based stories. There's always something else there, from the classic font of misery that is the Monkey's Paw to the endless parables of Evil Genies that will grant your every wish but always twist it in some way to make you worse off. Reality warping isn't a toy. Even a well intentioned wish granter can screw over it's wisher just by not thinking about everything possible. Which is basically impossible. Not without some real lawyer speak. But people rarely get time to consult their lawyer before making a wish. And in many stories where that does happen the lawyer often misunderstands or doesn't take things seriously. And yes, I was already typing this before you asked.
