Grimm causes a distraction so that Roger can sneak in.

Roger hid behind a tree and gave Grimm the signal.

As the food wench carted her meal across the courtyard, Grimm came charging in, screaming, "Bees! Bees! Get clear!"

The wench shrieked and darted away from the big man. Roger made a beeline for the cart, slipping in the lower section that was covered by a sheet. he had to shove the contents of the cart out to make room, but Grimm covered for that by bashing into the cart, sending everything flying.

"Oh no!" the wench cried out.

"I'm so sorry, milady!" Grimm apologized. He picked up some of the bowls and pretended to stuff them back in, but tossed them aside instead. "Let me help you with that... I think those dratted bees have given up their chase. Are you alright?"

"Uh, yes, I think I'm fine, "the lady replied.

"Let me help you as a form of apology," Grimm insisted. "I assure you this is no trouble for me."

"Oh, that's quite alright, i can manage, good sir," the wench said, but Grimm was already pushing the cart. "Um... alright," she relented, letting the big man push the load.

"I am Grimm," Grimm offered.

"I am Agatha," she replied.

"So, where are you off to with this cart, lady Agatha?" Grimm asked.

"This is the food for the prisoners," Agatha responded.

"That sounds like a dangerous place for one like yourself, are you not afraid of the people kept in there?"

"Ever since the Grand Wizard had taken over, there has been no major crimes against the kingdoms. No one would wish to displease the Grand Wizard, so no one commits crimes. The only ones that do are the prostitutes," Agatha explained. "I don't think I have much to fear from a harlot."

They arrived at the prison gates. The guards noted Agatha's new companion but dismissed it as unimportant and let the two in. Inside, Roger snuck a peek between the curtain sheet. It looked like a drab dungeon, tunnel with cells on either side. He couldn't see any prisoners being kept in them yet though. What Agatha said seemed to be true, no need for prisoners when no one wants to commit crime. They continued to travel down the corridors until finally, they stopped.

"Is this it?" Grimm asked.

"Yes," Agatha answered, then she called out, "Supper time! Mmf!" Her words were cut short by Grimm's giant hand.

"My apologies, lady, but we can't have you alarming the guards," he explained.

Roger pulled himself out from under the cart, much to Agatha's surprise. Roger looked around. They were at the end of a hall with a barred door in front. A woman met them on the other side.

"Who are you?" she asked with a biting tongue.

"We're here to help," Roger told her.

She looked to Roger and Grimm, then to Agatha still with her mouth covered in Grimm's large hand. She nodded and opened the door. "Bring her in here."

The fact that the door was already open was cause for alarm to Roger.
