Condiment Wizard lay in his cell, hearing the usual cackling of his neighbors as they talked of their plans and laughed all the while, filling the air around him. This unending noise helped him think their madness, inspiring him as he plotted to use the new magic condiment, his magic tartar sauce to do truly terrible things.

The plan has to involve water, for surely a tartar sauce works best in such situations. This, though, made him smile widely as he thought of what was best for his plans, and that was another sign that he was no dead man. Truly his evil ways were so rewarding for him showing him how alive he was with each evil act. He pulled himself back to planning, trying to decide on where to use it.

The sea would be interesting, as he had heard of Aquaman and Atlantis. So to turn an entire underwater nation into his personal shark army would be a truly great thing. A feat that would make him one of the greatest villains on the planet and possibly on the list of top ten of greatest villains. Truly a crowning achievement for the Condiment wizard.

Though he didn't think it was possible for now. As it would take a truly massive amount of tartar sauce to do such a thing, and he would no doubt be notice and stoped by heroes long before then. So he had to start smaller somewhere he could put the magic tartar sauce without being noticed before he was ready and still gave massive impact. It would have to be rather close as he couldn't go far to carry out his plan whatever the plan turned out to be.

Also, it is truly a sign of a great villain to keep trying to beat the same hero. So if he went after Gotham city again to try and beat Batman once more he could possibly make himself a personal villain of batman. Which would be the greatest, as a man such as Batman would not consider a dead man a true threat and neither would Gotham itself further proving how alive he truly was.

His thoughts turned as he thought of how to get the tartar sauce to Gotham from where he was. The most obvious would be the Arkham sewers, as they're connected to Gotham's river. Which is a big river that goes through Gotham. He could use it to spread his tartar sauce creating shark girls throughout a large area of the city.

Though that leaves the question of presentation; he could be a master of shadows, creating an army of shark girls with none the wiser that he was responsible, much less that he had anything to do with the evil act. A truly great one, as a lot of people remember the secret masterminds, didn't they? Which helps him feel alive to be playing that many with none knowing.

On the other hand, he could be honest stating his intentions and try to see if his servant Young could broadcast his message explaining he was responsible and his demands of Gotham. Though he felt that might just get him labeled villain of the month, as many villains try hostage situations with varying success. Which is what the second choice would be for him, so it's best to figure out the plan to be played from the shadows, as was his first choice.

So with his task now clear, he had to plan it out. Which would be difficult as his minions were not ready for his tasks right now. The whole Harley Quinn situation in Young's office will stop her ability to have visitors for a little bit. Nora Freeze is currently somewhere he can't get to, so he can't tell her of his task for her. Those outside the prison were out of the question for the moment.

As Amy needed to focus on the ongoing company plans and he had no great need for spoilers, not contacting her was the best way to avoid the rest of the Bat family asking questions. As he was becoming a bit down from the lack of help he could get for his current plan. A voice shook him out of his thoughts, one of the insane neighbors screaming about how he was going to defile someone's corpse in a rather graphic fashion.

These words about corpses made him think about the magic of the tartar sauce. He realized something that if true would make the magical tartar sauce much more dangerous and with far greater impact than he ever thought; he would need to see Dr. Young soon to test his theories about the magical tartar sauce. Truly a very interesting plan was on the horizon that would put him on the radar of everyone in the world.
