The Condiment wizard sat in cell, wondering how he was going to test his theory. If his theory were proven right, he could become the greatest dark wizard Gotham ever had by using the tartar sauce. Though as he thought about that, it wasn't actually saying much, as there weren't really any magical villains that came from Gotham besides himself.

Though he recalled rumors of vampires and demons stalking the darker places of Gotham. It was memories from a dead man he used to be. Though he was alive now, and he was an evil wizard from Gotham itself, it would not be too much of a stretch for other dark creatures to call Gotham home. He might need to make plans to form an alliance with such beings, for surely being seen to work with demons or vampires would only add to his dark legend.

He shook his head, clearing his mind, as such plans were for the future. For now he had an idle wand that gave him access to magical tartar sauce despite the magic blockers around him. He didn't have his magic mustard or magic ketchup. Though he supposed it was a good thing for the moment. As such, constraints **** him to use alternatives, which added variety to his arsenal and legend.

He looked at his idol wand, thinking on how to use it without alerting the guards to his having it. His mind went around and around going over the issue and coming up with no answers. He found his thoughts interrupted by the need to pee. So he put his idle wand and made it over to the toilet, quickly getting his cock out and relieving himself. As he looked at the toilet bowl, a thought occurred to him: he could use the toilet as he had the cauldrons earlier.

As the day went on, Condiment Wizard would pretend to pee, but he was actually using his wand to push a small stream of tartar sauce into the toilet bowl, filling it up. Eventually by early evening his toilet bowl was full; he then thought on how to use it. If he could possibly test his theory with the current magical tartar sauce. He thought on it and realized where the toilet water probably went.

The sewers, which would connect to the Gotham River at some point. Which was the perfect place to test his magical theory. So he flushed, flooding the nearby pipes with his magical tartar sauce. He waited a little bit, giving the tartar sauce time to travel and not drawing the guards' attention by using the toilet too much. Once he was sure the time was right, he walked back over to the toilet and pretended to take a long piss to put a decent amount of tartar sauce back in the toilet.

Once he was sure he had enough, he used the wand to cast a spell on the tartar sauce, connecting the bit of tartar sauce in his toilet with the tartar sauce traveling into the sewers. It worked, and he was soon able to see a vision in the tartar sauce tracking the rest of the substance. He watches as it moves through the pipes and into the wider sewers.

He then used considerable effort to guide the tartar sewers through the sewers, leading them to exactly where he needed them: into the Gotham River. It took a while, and he had to leave the toilet a few times to be sure he wasn't getting too much attention from the guards for standing by the toilet and doing nothing. Eventually though he was able to see the tartar sauce enter the river.

He smiled a crazed smile as he approached exactly what he hope the tartar sauce would work on the dead. It moved at his command and covered the two dead bodies. Who were hookers who no doubt crossed the wrong pimp if he was guessing right. Which wasn't surprising, as most criminals use the river as a dumping ground for their victims' bodies.

The tartar sauce transformed the corpses as he hoped, and soon enough he had two shark girls in ruined hooker clothes looking at him through what remained of the magic tartar sauce in the river after transforming the two formerly dead hookers. They kneeled before him and asked for his will clearly eager to serve.
