Jack stared at the quest for a moment, clearly not thrilled by the idea of giving away part of his product for free. “On the other hand, he already paid me in advance for this, and with a considerable profit margin!”

Jack thought before walking out of his house, with a nice amount of supplies in his pocket, curious about what the respected businessman perk would bring.

Some hours later, Kai was finishing cleaning his house, and checked his profile one more time.

He was, once again, just shy of his next level up, not that it really mattered to him right now, he was planning on getting Class designer next, and that was a two point perk, so all he could do was sigh and make the most of what he currently had.

Eventually Luke knocked on his door, with a shy slightly blushed face, and a bag on his hand.

“I brought snacks” He said, showing the insides of the bag, letting Kai notice the gray “fur” oh his new plush.

“You also brought that toy?” He asked, slightly surprised. “I don’t mind though, it's cute!”

After that, they both went to Kai’s room, where they stayed in awkward silence for a few minutes.

“I think I owe you… an explanation.” Luke finally said, hugging his plush tightly.

“Are you planning on sending that picture to anyone?” Kai interrupted him.

“No!”

“Then I don't really mind if you keep it…” Kai said and scratched his cheek shyly. “I find it somewhat hot, actually.”

Luke stared at his friend with a deep blush in his face, he knew he was probably just saying this to make him nervous, but if he knew what he did with it…

“Still, I kinda want my payment…” Kai said, and took a small box that was on the corner of his table. “Could you wear this while we play?”

Luke watched with horror, and a slight hint of thrill, as Kai opened the box and revealed a pristine, shop new, light blue leather dog collar, with a bone shaped tag hanging on it.

“Yo-you want me to wear… THAT!?” Luke screamed, more in shame than in anger.

“You asked me for a dick pic!” Kai counteracted, shamelessly.

Luke stayed silent for several seconds. ‘I did not ask for a dick pic…’ He wanted to retort, but every time he thought of his friend’s cock, everytime he remembered what he did last night… he could feel his own dick hardening.

“Ok…” Luke finally agreed, biting his lower lip.

Kai's smile brightened, and closed the distance between him and Luke to hug his friend. “Thanks!” he said before pulling away slightly, trying to sound casual, like his heart wasn’t beating as hard as it could.

“Don’t worry, this is just a bit of payback for the pick, I’ll take off the collar once we are done!” Kai reassured him, before putting the leather around his neck.

Luke felt the leather tighten around him, not much. Kai was clearly careful and did a great effort to allow him to breathe freely, but Luke could still feel the collar with every movement. It was weird, strange, and oddly, right.

“Good boy.” Kai said with a grin before patting his head twice, making Luke blush even harder before casually handing him a controller. “Mario cart?”

Kai was having the time of his life, playing videogames with his friend, soon to be boyfriend, eating snacks, and watching him blush every time he called him good boy, or praised him after he won a race. He even threw in a “Good job, I’m impressed.” combined with some head pats when Luke won the cup.

It was, almost, perfect.

“Agghhhh… I was so closeeeee!” Luke screamed as he threw himself backwards on the bed.

“I’d say you’ll get me next time, but I think we have played enough…” Kai admitted and lied down next to him, slowly putting his hand on his head and gently scratching it.

“Hhmmmmmmm…” Luke didn’t reply, and simply hid the lower part of his face with his plushie, trying to prevent himself from purring.

“We don’t have class tomorrow, wanna do something?”

“Hhmmmm… I can’t… gotta study, remember?”

Kai nodded, as annoying as it was, Luke didn’t have much leeway in his studies.

“Just gym in the morning, then?”

“Ok!” He agreed, still relishing in Kai’s touch.

After some minutes of calm comfortable silence, Kai slowly stood up.

“Bathroom break time, sorry.” He said with a teasing face before leaving, not waiting more than a couple seconds before opening the app.

Kai stared at his screen in silence for a few moments, he was almost certain about what fetish his friend had acquired, but he never expected a reward so good.

Once his initial shock was over, he opened his perk tree and purchased Class designer. Rapidly opening Luke’s profile and browsing through his options.

The list was incredibly long, but Kai had little to no interest for most of it. He knew he probably should test the class system with Vanessa first. He knew he should give this more thought than just a minute in his bathroom.

But he couldn't wait!

This is the “second branching point” in MY kai’s path. Of course, you might want to tell another story, so you can feel free to add extra chapters on any of mine. In my case however, this is the point where I feel like Kai’s decisions would have the most ramifications.

I am planning to write a “pet boy Luke” path, where Luke gets a class that centres around him being a cute little pet, not necessarily a cat or a dog (mostly because I like both, and I want to give him cat ears while also taking him on walkies)

From what I’ve seen on other branches, Classes are a once and done type of deal. I won't be following that path. I’m thinking of making classes like level resets, forcing the characters to level up until a maximum level, where their class “evolves” and they get to do this all again.

This is more ambitious, and will give me more long term flexibility, but it also means that I now have to provide long term payoff… The joys of writing… YEAHHHHHH…

Anyways, this is going to be all from me, expect a new chapter bundle sometime next week, unless another hyperfixation decides to steal my focus. As a fun fact, I wrote all of this in two days, so if there are any inconsistencies, woups!
