Going round in circles...

Ruby was woken up by her rumbling stomach.

The TARDIS was starting to drive her mad.

The time machine had been manipulating her to the extent that she couldn't even rely on her internal body clock to track the passing of time.

She would swing from starving to full without eating, exhausted to well-rested without sleeping, and bursting to empty without going to the toilet.

The only constant was how she remained soaking wet and cold.

The blonde girl also became aware of the weight pressing down on her chest. Opening her eyes, she glanced down to see Belinda sleeping soundly, using the teen's breasts as a pillow.

Ruby was glad that she had a friend with her, but still felt uncomfortable being nude around her. She didn't want to disturb Belinda, so stayed where she was, allowing the brunette to enjoy the rhythmic rise and fall of her chest.

When Belinda could no longer ignore her swollen bladder, she reluctantly opened her eyes.

She was face-to-face with a red-faced Ruby Sunday.

Belinda recoiled, stammering an apology when she realised her warm, soft pillow was actually Ruby's boobs. She quickly covered her own torso, after catching the blonde girl staring.

"Sleep OK, Bels?" Ruby joked, massaging her chest.

The shivering girls struggled to their bare feet, and continued their walk through the TARDIS; the same walk they'd been on for...how long had it been now? Days, months? Years?

Why hadn't the Doctor come to look for them? Surely they'd been absent long enough for him to notice? Would they stay here forever? Doomed to walk around the TARDIS for the rest of time, Being seen by the timelord's new companions with no end to their torment?

Ruby was so miserable that she didn't look where she was going as she turned a corner at random, and collided with someone coming the other way.

The teenager stumbled backwards, tripped over Belinda behind her, and both girls tumbled painfully to the ground. She brushed her wet hair off her face, and rubbed her eyes, unable to believe what she was seeing.
