Goblin tracks

Goblins were the size of large children, and always male. They specialize in theft when in small groups, especially of live stock and women. They used the women to increase their numbers until they could overwhelm, and then they attack in number. They weren't seen as particularly bright, but could scavenge tools and techniques if they were allowed to survive. This is why the policy is to always kill goblins on sight, as if you let one get away they could start the process anew.
