Go to Dagobah Beach Park

Izuku decided that he'd take a long walk down to Dagobah beach. Not only would it give him time for his headache to go away, but he could also practice with his Telekinesis quirk some more when he got there. If he jogged his way there, it might have taken him twenty minutes, but since he wanted to walked, it almost took him an hour.

Standing at the top of the stairs, Izuku looked down at the massive piles of trash that were gathered by the ocean current and stacked higher by people dumping their trash.

Using his Telekinesis, Izuku swept his power over the beach looking to see if anyone was around. It wasn't until his was searching the densest area of the trash that he noticed someone with his quirk. From what he could make out, it seemed like they were gathering scrap and making a pile with it.

Reducing his range so he could have a clearer picture, Izuku mutter to himself at what he found, "woah, those are some massive tits for someone who seems to be my age."

Making up his mind, Izuku took his time making his way over to the only other person he saw at the beach. When he could finally see her with his own eyes and not his quirk, Izuku was surprised at the pink color of her hair, but only momentarily. The amount of different hair colors and styles now a days was crazy thanks to quirks and vestigial mutations.

Waving, Izuku called out, "Yo, how are you doing, I'm Izuku Midoriya."

When the other girl turned around, Izuku saw her eyes that looked like a cross hair, focus in on him for a second, before dilating back to normal. With a maniac grin she responded blithely, "I'm looking for parts to make more babies!"

Waving her arms at all of the trash she shouted excitedly, "And look at all this free material! Hatsume Industries will take the hero support gear world by storm!"

Rubbing the back of his head at the exuberant speech, he offered to help grab things with his quirk, "So, do you need any help? My Telekinesis quirk can lift some heavy stuff."

By the time he blinked, Hatsume was right in his face with her hands grabbing his, "Green! This is the start of a beautiful partnership! We'll make wonderful babies together," she hollered while invading his personal space.

"Uhh, great, Hatsume, uhh, I can't wait to work with you as well," Izuku finished lamely, still overwhelmed by the inventors strong but not rude personality. For the next two hours, Izuku got in a lot of practice with his Telekinesis, moving things out of the way, or grabbing things that would normally be to heavy to lift.

From what he could get from Hatsume when she wasn't ranting to herself about the greatness of her babies, it seemed like working together with him was a lot more efficient than looking herself. As they started wrapping things up, with all of the parts she wanted packed in a tough work bag, Izuku decided to take the initiative.

First he looked around with his Telekinesis to see if there was anyone else but them around. Fortunately, he didn't see anyone so he moved on to the next part of his in prompt to plan. Looking Hatsume in the eyes, Izuku activated Hypnosis. Regrettably, from what Izuku could tell when activating his quirk, he would probably only be able to get two commands before he needed to stop for the night.

Good for him though, was that Hatsume didn't seem to be the type who was very resistant, as long as he didn't have her do something to out of her element. Taking a breath, he gave the first order, "You want to work with me again, so you'll ask if I want to meet again the same time next week."

She quickly responded, "I want to work with you again, so I'll ask if you want to meet again the same time next week."

Izuku hoped the next instruction was followed just as quickly, "You'll let me drink as much of your blood as I want."

Thankfully, Hatsume easily told him, "I'll let you drink as much of my blood as you want."

While he could feel the strain of using his quirk with that last one, he didn't feel a headache which was the good news. It really did confirm his theory that Hatsume was very susceptible to his Hypnosis as long as it didn't conflict with her wants and goals.

Standing in front of her, Izuku deftly undid the button and zipper on her heavy duty work pants before going behind her. Dropping her pants, Izuku admired her ass which was hidden by her baggy pants. She also seemed to be wearing a skinny pair of panties, which let her ass hang out on both sides.

Grabbing them, Izuku marveled at the feeling, excited that it was only a matter of time before he had a collection of women at his beck and call. Letting go, Izuku carefully pulled her pants back up and buttoned and zipped them before standing in what he though was the same position as before.

Dropping his connection to Hatsume through Hypnosis, he watched as she seemed to take a second to think while being affected by his directions. Striding up to him, she got into his personal space again, leaving in close before speaking as serious as he ever heard her, "Green. Would you help me make babies the same time next week?"

Amused at her wording, but perfectly willing he told her, "Sure Hatsume, I'll be here the same time next week to help make babies with you. Uhh, by the way, could I drink some of your blood, its, uhh, kinda part of my quirk," he finished like he was unsure of himself.

Hatsume for her part pulled down her shit at the shoulder to give him access to her neck, but not without displaying part of her bra, "Sure Green, as long as you show to help with the baby making."

Smiling at her reaction, Izuku leaned down to the much shorter girls neck and decided to drink about 40% of her blood. It was a perfectly healthy amount to take, just more than he would drink from someone who was a lot less inconspicuous. Pulling back, he straightened up before following Hatsume who was already making her way to the way out of the beach.

Waving as they went separate directions, Izuku called out a farewell, "I'll see you next week Hatsume."

Shouting back she told him, "Get ready to make more babies next week," without any sense of shame for shouting something so loud in public. Deciding to leave quickly, Izuku couldn't help but laugh in delight about meeting her. Without anything else planned, Izuku decided to take it easy and go over his quirk in his Quirk-Space in the morning.
