Go introduce Alexandra to your brothers

You carry Alexandra over to where your brother of mind is binding the wounds of a fellow orc.

"Single combat with a bear," he explains. "The bear lost, and has been converted into bear meat."

You introduce Alexandra to him as your two brothers of strength arrive, lugging a heavy box.

"Oh, good," your brother of mind says. He takes some of the ingredients from the box and makes a salve, which he rubs on a couple of particularly deep wounds. While he does this, you introduce Alexandra to your brothers of strength.

"Not bad, runt," they say.

You carry Alexandra back to your room, and she strokes you to hardness.
