Go for a walk in the woods outside of town
You need to get away, to clear your head, before you do something--or someone--you'll regret. You head out of town, into the woods, finding a well-traveled trail and following it deep into the forest, to a shady glade. In the middle of the glade is a crystal pool, fed by a sparkling stream, the water clear and cold. Maybe a dip would help cool the heat between your legs. You also see another trail leading deeper into the woods.
