You're downstairs at the lobby, the exit is through thick glass doors in front of you. There are stairs that lead further down to the underground car park. There's an elevator, but the power is out. Besides, that thing is a **** trap. Once one of the folks at the top of the building starved as he waited for weeks for the rescuers to come, though, that's probably just an apartment block myth. Jo does tell the craziest stories sometimes.

There's also a corridor leading to the ground floor apartments, but peeking around the corner you see a couple of 'them' milling about, head butting doors, sucking each others cocks, that sort of thing.

Oh! And you almost forgot to check your mail, though you doubt anyone has been writing, or delivering letters anymore for that matter. Can't hurt to check, after all 'the mail always gets through', perhaps even in an apocalypse.
