Well, a glass cannon dragon is still going to be pretty durable compared to a normal human... hopefully. You could also be a Scaleling with the weak of an insect, in which case you better have some companions to protect you.

Possibly a good build for switches. You could go from dominating the entire battlefield with eldritch tentacles to having your own cheeks spread in a few seconds.
